It's an easy walk to the local shopping centre where you'll find Woolworth's, a chemist, local banks and bottleshop.

The lounge and dining area is really well sized for an apartment and has double sliding glass doors which open onto the deck, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is light and modern with lots of cupboard space and bench seating.
