Great Result !


I had a commercial property to sell in Mission Beach last year and because I live in Cairns, I really did not know any Real Estate Agents in that area.  I ended up ringing Tropical Property and spoke with Susie England.

She was extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances that were happening at the time and gave me so much support.  I wanted to sell the property "as is" (because I live in Cairns), which sometimes can be quite difficult as most people prefer to purchase a property that is totally ready to use.  

I listed it with her on 1/5/22 and desperately wanted a signed contract prior to 30/6/22 which she achieved for me at a very good price.  During that time, she kept me informed regularly of the various people interested in the property and any options I needed to address.

I was extremely happy of the outcome and would have much pleasure in recommending her to any potential seller or purchaser in the Mission Beach area.
